Lets begin

open a new canvas 700x700 fill with white
add a new raster layer and select all
open paper 4, paste into selection and select none
apply your mask and merge group

open element 113, resize 35%
place at the bottom center of canvas
and drop shadow, I used -2 -4 70 10.00

open element 12, resize 35%
place on left side of canvas below your first element
duplicate and mirror
drop shadow them both

open element 118, resize 40%
place on left side of canvas above your mask layer
and drop shadow

open element 26, resize 55%
place on right side of canvas above mask layer
and drop shadow

open element 24
place on right side of canvas
above your mask layer
and drop shadow

open your tube of choice
place her in the center of canvas
below your leaf layers
apply xero porcelain default settings
and drop shadow

open element 37, resize 70%
place on upper left side of canvas
above your mask layer
and drop shadow

open element 41, resize 45%
place on left side of canvas just above
element 37 and drop shadow

open element 48, resize 50%
place on right side of canvas
above your mask layer
and drop shadow

open element 43, resize 50% and mirror
place on right side of tag, just above the walkway layer
and drop shadow

open element 74, resize 60% rotate right 22
place on right side of canvas at the top
above your mask layer

open element 6, resize 25%
place on right side of tag
and drop shadow

open element 110, resize 15%
rotate right 22
place on left side of canvas
and drop shadow

open element 75, resize 50%
place on right side of canvas
behind the walkway
and drop shadow

open element 25
place on right side of canvas
below the walkway
take your eraser tool, erase the part showing on the left
and drop shadow

open element 89
place behind your tube layer

open element 102
selections select all, float and defloat
add a new raster layer, fill with white
copy and paste as new layer
place to the left of your tag, and drop shadow

resize and crop your tag
add your artist copyright and your name
save
