I am using Trese Mask 0113

I used one called 
Optimus Princeps

Lets begin

open a new canvas 700x700 fill with white

add a new raster layer and select all
open paper 3 and paste into selection, select none
open mask and apply, merge group
resize mask layer 90%

open light and resize 60%
place on right side of canvas 
and drop shadow, I used
-2 -4 70 10.00

open pumpkin 1, resize 45%
place on right side of canvas
and drop shadow

open pumpkin 3, resize 35%
place to the left of your first pumpkin
and drop shadow

open pumpkin 2, resize 35%
place on left side of canvas
and drop shadow

open your tube of choice
place center of canvas
below your pumpkin layers
and drop shadow

open chair, resize 65%
place on left side of canvas, above mask layer
and drop shadow

open butterfly, resize 25%
place on upper right side of canvas
and drop shadow
duplicate and resize 60%
move down slightly

open bird, resize 20% and mirror
place on top of the chair layer
and drop shadow

open leaf 3, resize 55%
place at the bottom of canvas

open leaf 2, resize 45%
rotate left 90, and mirror
place on right side of canvas
and drop shadow
duplicate and mirror
rotate left 22, move to bottom of canvas

open leaf 1, resize 17%
place as top layer center of canvas
duplicate and move over to the right
drop shadow them both

open log, resize 40%
place on right side of canvas
just below the pumpkin layers
and drop shadow

open tree 2, resize 50%
place on left side of canvas
above the mask layer
and drop shadow

open lantern, resize 25%
place as top layer to the left of your canvas
and drop shadow

open walkway, resize 55% and mirror
place on right side of tag, toward the top
above your mask layer
use eraser tool, to erase the part haning off at the top
and drop shadow

open flower 1, resize 15%
place on left side of the lantern
and drop shadow

This part is optional, you can merge and crop your tag now
add your artist copyright and your name and save

I deleted my white background, merge visible, and resized my tag 90%
and sharpen, duplicate your tag
on the top layer, guassian blur 3 and change blend mode to screen
apply xero soft mood twice and sharpen again

add your artist copyright and your name
and save
