add a new raster layer and select all

open paper 3, copy and paste into selection, select none

open mask and apply, merge group

resize mask layer 120%

open your tube, if using the same tube resize 45% and sharpen

apply xero-porcelain default settings and add drop shadow

I used -2 -4 70 10.00

open frame 9

place on left side of canvas above mask layer

grab your magic wand, click in the center of the frame

expand by 5, add a new raster layer

open paper 6, copy and paste into selection, move paper below frame

keep selected, open your close up tube mirror it and resize 50%

place what you want showing in the frame

selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard and select none

make sure this is below your frame layer

duplicte your tube, on bottom tube guassian blur 6.00

on top tube change blend mode to screen

drop shadow your frame

open chair 2 resize 75%

place on right side of tag below tube layer

drop shadow

open luggage resize 45%

place on left side of tag, as top layer

and drop shadow

open letters resize 35%

place below luggage to the right of it

and drop shadow

open pillow resize 35%

place below luggage layer, just at bottom of frame

drop shadow

open pillow 2 resize 35% place to the right of the first pillow

and drop shadow

open flower 12 resize 40%

place above tube layer

and drop shadow

open cup 1 resize 35%

place just below flower layer to the right

and drop shadow

open cluster 1 resize 45% and mirror

place on right side of tag just below cup layer

and drop shadow

open flower 2 resize 70% and mirror

rotate right 90

place on left side of tag above your mask layer

drop shadow

open flower 14, resize 45%

place on left side of tag, just below the flowers you just placed

drop shadow

open birdcage 2, resize 50% erase the chain

place on right side of tag, behind your chair layer

drop shadow

open flower 13 resize 55% and mirror

place on left side of tag, just below your black flower

drop shadow

open butterfly 3 resize 17% and mirror

place on right side of tag

duplicate move to left side of tag place at corner of the frame

drop shadow both

open frame 4, resize 90%

rotate right 12, place on right side of tag

just above your mask layer

erase the part showing on the side of the chair

drop shadow

open leaf 3 resize 40% and rotate 90 left

place on left side of tag below your flowers at the top

duplicate and flip and move up slightly

drop shadow both

resize your tag be sure to sharpen

add your artist copy right and your name

save
