add a new layer above your background layer

selections select all, open paper 4

copy and paste into selections-select none

open your mask and apply, merge group

move up and over slightly to the left side of tag

duplicate, mirror and flip move down slightly

on top mask layer merge down

open frame 9, copy and paste above mask layer

place in the center of canvas

grab your magic wand click in the center of the frame

selections-expand by 2 add new layer

open paper 9, copy and paste into selection

move below frame layer, select none

on frame layer add drop shadow

open book 1

place on right side of tag below your tube layer

and drop shadow

open flower 9, resize 65%

place as top layer in the center at the bottom

and drop shadow

open hat 1, resize 45% and mirror

place on left side of tag below the flower layer

and drop shadow

open lock, resize 45% and flip

place on left side of tag below tube layer

and drop shadow

open clock 3, resize 50%

place on right side of tag above tube layer

add drop shadow

open compact, resize 80%

place on right side of tag

drop shadow

open cog, resize 75%

place on left side of tag, above mask layer

add drop shadow

open cog 7, resize 50%

place on right side of tag

and drop shadow

open cat, resize 45%

place on right side of tag

open box 4 resize 40%

place in center below flower layer

and drop shadow

open flower 6, resize 65%

place above your frame layer on left side

duplicate and resize 70%

place on right upper side of tag

use your eraser tool, to erase the part that is showing

on the side of the book

open flower 12, resize 45% and mirror
