open a new canvas 650x650 fill with white

open frame 10, resize 120%

copy and paste as new layer, place in center of canvas

grab your magic wand click in the center of your frame

selections-expand 5, add a new raster layer

open paper 13, copy and paste into selection, select none

move paper below the frame layer

open gem 3, copy and paste below frame layer on left side

but above your paper layer

duplicate and mirror, merge the two gem layers together

use your eraser tool to erase the parts sticking outside the frame

give the frame a drop shadow, I used -2,-4,70,10.00

open your tube, resize 34% if using the same tube

copy and paste as new layer, place in center of canvas

apply xero-porcelain default settings

apply drop shadow

open flower 1, resize 50%

copy and paste on left side of canvas, as top layer

give it a drop shadow

open flower 10, resize 70% and mirror

copy and paste on left side of tag below tube layer

and drop shadow

open clock 2 resize 50%

copy and paste on right side of tag

just above the frame layer and drop shadow

open treat, resize 35%

copy and paste top layer, in center of canvas

open perfume, resize 30%

copy and paste next to treat layer

and drop shadow

open bottle 3 resize 40% and mirror

copy and paste on right side of tag

below perfume bottle

add drop shadow

open mirror, resize 25% and mirror

copy and paste on left side of tag

place on left side of tag, just above frame

place on left side of tag behind the mirror layer

add a new raster layer above your bottom background layer

selections-select all

open paper 8, copy and paste into selection-select none

open mask and apply, merge group

open deco 4, place on right side of tag

just above your mask layer

duplicate and mirror

open flower 20 resize 30%

roate left 14

place on right side of tag below the champagne bucket

drop shadow

open frame 3 resize 80% and mirror

place above mask layer, slightly to the bottom of tag

and drop shadow

open key resize 35% rotate right 14

place on left side of tag

just above the frame layer, below the white bottle layer

drop shadow

open shoe 2 resize 25%

place in center top of canvas

and drop shadow

crop and merge your tag 

add your artist copyright

and your name
