Lets begin



open your template, shift and d to duplicate

close out the original

on your template open the white background at the bottom


add a new layer above your background layer, select all
open paper 10 copy and paste into selection and deselect
open your mask and apply make sure to check the invert mask data is checked
merge group, resize mask layer 112% and move up slightly to the top of the template dulicate mask and on the copy merge down

make layer 1 active, selections-select all-float-defloat
add a new layer, open paper 12, copy and paste into selection
deselect, delete layer one and rename your paper layer
give it a drop shadow, I used -4,-2,70,10.00

merge layer 3 down to layer 2
selections-select all-float-defloat
add a new layer
open paper 5 copy and paste into selection and deselect
delete the bottom layer and rename the one you filled
give it the same drop shadow

make layer 4 active and go to adjust-add/remove noise
set on uniform and amount 50
give it the same drop shadow

make layer 5 active, selections select all-float-defloat
add a new layer
open paper 3 copy and paste into selection and deselect
delete layer 5 and rename your paper layer 
give it the same drop shadow

make layer 6 active, selection select all-float-defloat
fill with white and drop shadow

merge layer 8 down to layer 7
selection select all-float-defloat
add new layer, open paper 10 copy and paste into selection and deselect
delete bottom layer and rename your paper layer

make layer 9 active, fill with paper 7
follow the steps above to fill
and remember to drop shadow

make layer 10 active, selections select all-float-defloat
add new layer copy and paste paper 2 into selection
delete the bottom layer, keep selected and make sure your paper layer we just filled is your active layer
open your tube and mirror it, resize as needed, I resized mine 50%
copy and paste as new layer, place what you want showing in the circle
selections-invert and hit delete on your keyboard and deselect
make your tube layer your active layer, duplicate it
on the bottom original go to adjust-blur-gaussian blur set on 6
on the top copy of the tube set your blend mode to screen
on layer 11 of the template just give it a drop shadow

open your tube, remember to unmirror it
copy and paste as new layer, place to your liking
and drop shadow

open element 21 resize 50%
place on right side of tag, below your tube layer
drop shadow

open element 2 resize 40%
copy paste below tube layer, duplicate resize 70%
place to the left of the first flower
give them both a drop shadow

open element 35 resize 50% and flip
copy and paste place on right side of tag
drop shadow

open element 48 resize 40%
mirror it, copy and paste as top layer
on left side of tag and drop shadow

open element 62 resize 40%
copy and paste as new layer
place to the right of the boxes and drop shadow

open element 40 resize 40% mirror
copy and paste on right side of tag
and drop shadow

open element 47 resize 35% and flip
copy and paste new layer on right side of tag
duplicate and move slightly to left
use eraser tool to erase any leaf that is showing
drop shadow both

open element 46 resize 40%
copy and paste place below the hat layer
drop shadow

open element 58 resize 30%
copy paste as new layer on left side of tag
below hat layer
drop shadow

open element 60 resize 25%
copy paste place on right side of tag
right above layer 11
duplicate and move to left of tag, behind your tube layer
drop shadow

open spray 5
copy and paste new layer above your tube in the circle
arrange to your liking

open wordart 3 resize 15%
copy and paste as new layer
selections-select all-float-defloat
expand by 3 add new layer
fill new layer with white
move below your wordart layer and deselect
on top wardart layer merge down and drop shadow

resize your  tag 
add your artist copyright and your name
merge visible and save
