Lets begin

open a new canvas 625 x 625
fill with white

Open element 20 (frame)
resize 90%
copy and paste as new layer
place in center of canvas
grab your magic wand
click in the center of frame
expand by 7
add a new raster layer
open paper 7
copy and paste into selection
move below frame layer
keep selected

open element 21 (haunted house)
resize 80%
copy and paste as new layer
line the bottom of the house up with bottom of frame
selections-invert
hit delete on your keyboard
deselect
move this below frame layer
but above paper layer
apply xero radiance
default settings
add a drop shadow to the frame
-2 -4 70 10.00

add a new raster layer
above your background layer
select all
open paper 9
copy and paste into selection
deselect

open the mask and apply
merge group
duplicate mask layer
merge down
resize 120%

grab your pre-shape tool
set on eclipse
set foreground to null
background white
draw out a small circle
convert to raster layer
apply eye candy 4000 marble
with these settings
vein size-56.00
vein coverage-65
vein thickness-5
vein roughness-80
bedrock color-white
vein color-COCOFF
Guassian blur-5.00
move below house layer
on right side

open your tube of choice
copy and paste as new layer
apply xero porcelain
default settings
add same drop shadow
we used above

add a new raster layer
above frame layer
now click on your
picture tube tool
set on lawn or grass
this comes standard with most
versions of psp
now at the bottom of your canvas
click several times
until you have a good amount of lawn
go to adjust
hue and saturation
colorize
hue-88
saturation-129

now lets add some elements
please refer to my tag for placement
and remember to drop shadow
