This tutorial is my own creation, any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental, you must have a working knowledge of psp, please refer to my tag for placement of elements, enjoy and have fun

Supplies Needed
Paid to use kit called Alexandra
designed by Whisper In The Wind
You can purchase the kit Here
Tube of choice
I am using the matching tube Alexandra
which can also be purchased at Pics For Design

Mask is by Zuzzanna
we are using mask 78
you can download from her site Here
Font of choice
Plugin used Penta-dot an cross

Lets begin
open a 800 x 600 blank canvas

open frame 4 from the kit
resize 70%
copy and paste as a new layer
grab your magic wand and click inside the frame
expand by 4 and add new layer
move this layer below the frame layer
open paper 2 from the kit
copy and paste into selection
keep selected now open your tube
copy and paste as new layer
place the part you want in the frame
selections-invert and hit delete on your keyboard
move this below your frame layer
again keep selected
add new layer above your tube layer
fill with a color from your tube
go to penta dot and cross
apply default settings
and lower the opacity to 60
select none
open frame 3 from the kit
resize 70%
copy and paste as new layer
above your background layer
add a drop shadow of choice

open your tube again
resize if needed
copy and paste as new layer 
place to your liking 
and drop shadow

add these elements to your tag
please remember to sharpen after resizing
and give them a drop shadow

element 24- resize 50%
element 56- resize 30%
element 54- resize 30% and 80%
element 60- resize 20%
element 77- resize 80%
element 28- resize 15%
element 34- resize 30%
element 45- resize 20%
element 33- resize 45%
element 75- resize 30%
element 35-resize 30%
element 48- resize 30%
element 109- resize 80%

make your background layer active
add a new raster layer
fill with a color that matches your tag
open the mask and apply
merge group, resize mask layer 80%
duplicate and mirror

add your name in a font of choice
add your artist copyright
resize and save
