PTU Tutorial
This tutorial is my own creation any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental, for personal use only
you must have a working knowledge of psp
please refer to my tag for placement of elements
remember to sharpen after resizing

Lets begin
open a new canvas 700x700 fill with white
add a new raster layer above your background layer and select all
open paper 15, copy and paste into selection and deselect
apply mask and merge group, resize mask layer 95%
open sand, resize 90%
place at bottom left of your canvas
duplicate , mirror and resize 80%
duplicate again and mirror
merge the 3 sand layers together
open frame 4, resize 70%
rotate left 25
place on left side of canvas
grab your magic wand click in ceter of frame and expand by 5
add new layer, open paper 1, copy and paste into selection
deselect, move paper below frame layer
give the frame a drop shadow
open tree 3, resize 60% and mirror
place as top layer on left side of canvas
duplicate and move over to the right
and drop shadow both
open frame 7, resize 70% and rotate left 90
place as your top layer, click inside your frame and expand by 5
open paper 9, resize paper 80%
copy and paste as new layer, selections-invert. hit delete on your keyboard
deselect and move paper below frame layer
drop shadow the frame layer
open plant, resize 50% and mirror
place as top layer to the left of the top frame
and drop shadow
open post, resize 30% and mirror
place to the right of the top frame
and drop shadow
open umbrella, resize 55%
and rotate left 17
place as top later center of frame
and drop shadow
open grass, resize 25%
place on right side of canvas above post layer
and drop shadow
open flower 7, resize 20%
place center bottom of the frame
and drop shadow
open your tube of choice, resize as needed
if using the same as me I resized 40%
place center of your tag
and drop shadow
open the barrel, resize 30%
place below tube layer to the left and drop shadow
open shell 8, resize 17%
place above barrel layer to the left
and drop shadow
open shell 18, resize 14%
place below the first shell to the left
and drop shadow
open wood 2, resize 15%
place in front of barrel layer center of shells
and drop shadow
open bag, resize 23%
place below tube layer to the right of canvas
and drop shadow
open blanket, resize 20%
place to the left of the bag
and drop shadow
open drink 1, resize 15%
place above bag layer to the right
and drop shadow
open lantern 2, resize 17%
place on left side of canvas in front of the barrel layer
and drop shadow
open sand castle 3, resize 30%
place on right side of canvas behind post
and drop shadow
open dog, resize 30%
place as top layer to the left of your tube
and drop shadow
open starfish 2, resize 15%
place to the left of the blanket
and drop shadow
open bird, resize 12% and mirror
place atop the post
and drop shadow
open coconut 2, resize 12%
place on right side of canvas
and drop shadow
open drink 2, resize 14%
place to the left of the other drink
and drop shadow
open flower 4, resize 15%
place above frame layer, to the right
and drop shadow
open flower 9, resize 12%
place on right side of canvas
and drop shadow
open rope 2, resize 12%
place on left side of canvas
and drop shadow
open shell 2, resize 14%
place behind starfish to the left
and drop shadow
open shelf, resize 45%
place above mask layer to the right
and drop shadow
open shell 13, resize 14%
place to the right of the dog
and drop shadow
crop and resize your tag
add your artist copyright and your name
save as png
