PTU Tutorial
This tutorial is my own creation any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental, for personal use only

remember to sharpen after resizing

Lets begin
Open a new canvas 700x700 fill with white
add a new raster layer and select all
open paper 8, copy and paste into selction and deselect
open mask and apply, merge group
duplicate mask and merge down to other mask
and resize 95%
open element 164 (frame)
resize 60% and rotate right 15
click inside the frame with your magic wand and expand by 5
add a new raster layer and open paper 12
copy and paste into selection, deselect
move paper below the frame and give frame a drop shadow
open element 23, resize 40%
place at the bottom right of the frame
and drop shadow
open element 114, resize 40%
place at bottom of the frame to the left
and drop shadow
open element 98, resize 35%
place at bottom left of the frame
and drop shadow
open element 79, resize 25%
place on right side of frame
and drop shadow
open element 78, resize 25%
place on right side of tag, below the blue flower
and drop shadow
open element 86, resize 20%
place on right side above the frame slightly to the left of the other flowers
and drop shadow
open element 72, resize 25%
place behind other flowers on right side
and drop shadow
open element 126, resize 25%
rotate left 16
place on right side behind the flowers
and drop shadow
duplicate and resize 80%
move down slightly
open your tube of choice, resize as needed
place to your liking
and drop shadow
make your mask layer active
selection-select all-float-defloat
open your close up tube and resize 80%
copy and paste as new layer
place the eyes showing above the frame
selections-invert and hit delete on your keyboard and deselect
erase the part showing on the right side of frame, you just want the eyes showing at the top of the frame, change blend mode to multiply and reduce opacity to 50
open element 143, resize 50%
place above the eyes in the mask to the right
open element 101, resize 40%
rotate left 90
place on left side of tag above frame layer
and drop shadow
open element 102, resize 25%
place on left side of tag at the bottom
and drop shadow
open element 123, resize 20%
rotate left 25
place at bottom left of canvas
and drop shadow
duplicate and flip, move up on left side of canvas
open element 48, resize 50%
rotate left 90
go to adjust-hue and saturation-colorize
hue 15 and saturation 134
place above frame layer on the left side of canvas
duplicate and mirror, place at the top right of the frame
open element 40, resize 20%
place as top layer to the right of your canvas
and drop shadow
open element 36, resize 15%
place to the left of the suitcases
and drop shadow
open element 33, resize 15%
place to left of basket
and drop shadow
open element 5, resize 15%
place to the right of lantern
and drop shadow
open element 51,resize 20% and mirror
place on right side of canvas
and drop shadow
open element 4, resize 10%
rotate left 25
place on right side of canvas
duplicate and mirror and resize 70%
place below other butterfly
drop shadow both
open element 145, resize 70%
rotate left 90 and flip
place on left side of tag
crop and resize your tag
add your artist copyright and your name
save as png
