Lets begin

Open a new canvas 700x700 fill with white

add a new raster layer above your background layer and select all
open paper 3, copy and paste into selection and select none
apply mask and merge group

open Divider and resize 70%
place in center of canvas 
and drop shadow

open the Arch and move up to the top and over to the left slightly
use your eraser tool to erase the parts sticking outside of the divider

open your tube of choice, resize as needed
if using the same one I am, resize 45%
place to the left of the divider
and drop shadow

open lamp 2, resize 70%
place behind your tube layer to the upper left of canvas
and drop shadow

open walkway resize 40%
place above your mask layer to the right
duplicate and move below the first walkway but down a bit
merge the two together , duplicate and mirror


open tree, resize 55%
place on right side of tag, below your walkway layers
place on right side up toward the top
erase the part behind the divider

open statue,resize 30%
place on left side of canvas as top layer
and drop shadow

open flower 20, resize 40%
place behind the statue on left side
and drop shadow

open flower 13, resize 40%
place on left side of canvas
and drop shadow

open bike, resize 55%
place above the divider layer
and drop shadow

open suitcase, resize 35%
place below statue layer to the right
and drop shadow

open leaf 10, resize 50%
place above the walkway layers to the right
duplicate and move over to the left slightly
and drop shadow both

open flower 29, resize 35%
rotate right 20, paste on right side of canvas
and drop shadow

open flower 18, resize 25% and mirror
place on right side below the blue flowers
and drop shadow

open flower 19, resize 20%
place as top layer to the right of the basket
and drop shadow

open the rocks, resize 25%
place to the right of your tag
and drop shadow

open flower 5, resize 20%
place behind the rock
duplicate and resize 70% move over to the right slightly
drop shadow both

open flower 28, resize 15%
place to the left of the rock, duplicate and move to the right slightly
and drop shadow both

open dog, resize 30%
paste as top layer, to the right of the canvas
and drop shadow

open leaf 6, resize 35%
place behind the flowers on the left of your tag
duplicate a couple times, place to your liking

open grass 1, resize 40%
place behind bike layer

open flower 1, resize 20%
place behind grass layer, duplicate and move to the left
drop shadow both

open the work art
take your magic wand and click inside the letters
expand by 3, add new raster layer
fill with color of your choice
adjust-add noise-random 100
add a gradient glow of white
merge the two layers together
resize 40%
place to your liking and drop shadow

crop and resize your tag
add your artist copyright and your name
save
