I am using two mask by MzTeeque
mask 301 and mask 214
you can download from her site
Here

Font
I used one called 
Grilled Salmon

Plug ins
Xero-porcelain

Lets begin


open a new canvas 700x700 fill with white

add a new raster layer and select all
open paper 1, copy and paste into selection
and select none
apply MzTeeques mask 301 and merge group
resize mask 105%
add a new raster layer above this mask layer
select all, open paper 42, paste into selection
and select none
apply mask 214 and merge group

open moon and paste center top of your mask
go to effects-artistic effects-aged newspaper set on 25
apply drop shadow -2 -4 70 10.00

open bat, resize 40%
place to the left of your moon
and drop shadow

open gate, resize 70%
place on left side of tag, duplicate and mirror
use eraser tool to erase the part that is showing on the right
merge the two together

open your tube of choice, copy and paste as new layer
if using the same tube, I resized mine 42%
place as top layer and center 
apply xero porcelain default settings and drop shadow

open grass 3, resize 50%
place on left side of tag, below tube layer
duplicate and mirror
drop shadow both

open tree 3, resize 75%
place above moon layer and to the left slightly
and drop shadow

open cauldron 1, resize 50%
place behind the grass on left side
and drop shadow

open cross, resize 45%
place on left side of canvas behind cauldron
and drop shadow

open frog, resize 20%
place on left side of tag
and drop shadow

open potion 1, resize 30%
place on right side of canvas 
and drop shadow

open potion 5, resize 20%
place on right side of canvas
below the first potion and drop shadow

open skull 2, resize 30%
place on right side of canvas 
and drop shadow

open book 4, resize 30%
place on right side of tag
and drop shadow

open broom 2, resize 55%
place on left side of tag
and drop shadow

open box, resize 20%
place on left side of tag
and drop shadow

open cat 2, resize 25%
place as top layer, just slightly left of your tube
drop shadow

open candle 3, resize 25%
place in front of the cauldron to the left
duplicate and move over slightly to the right
drop shadow them both

open ghost, resize 30% and mirror
place on right side of tag above moon layer
and drop shadow

open leaf 2, and place above moon layer
about center of canvas

open pumpkin 3, resize 35%
place below your cat layer
and drop shadow

open pumpkin 4, resize 23%
place below the first pumpkin layer to the left
and drop shadow

open rocks, resize 25%
place on left side of canvas
and drop shadow

open sign 2, resize 40%
place on right side of canvas
and drop shadow

open web, resize 35%
roate left 90, I wanted the web white, to do this
selections select all, float, and defloat
add new layer and fill with white
duplicate and merge down
place on left side of canvas, behind your candles layer
and drop shadow

resize and crop tag
add your artist copyright and your name
save
