PTU Tutorial
This tutorial is my own creation any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental, for personal use only
you must have a working knowledge of psp

remember to sharpen after resizing

Lets begin
open a new canvas 700x700 fill with white
open frame 5, resize 85%
place in the center of your canvas
grab your selection tool set to point to point
draw around the frame and add a new raster layer
open paper 4, copy and paste into selection, select none
move paper below your frame layer
now add a new layer above your background layer
select all, open paper 11, I colorized mine
settings hue 192,saturation 91
copy and paste into selection and select none
open your mask and apply, merge group
open element 49 -moon, resize 17%
place below the frame layer in upper right corner
lower opacity to 80
and drop shadow, I used -2 -4 70 10.00
open element 73-tree, resize 60%
place on right side of canvas, above your frame layer
and drop shadow
open element 47-grass, resize 45%
place on left side of tag, duplicate and mirror
and move down slightly
open your tube, copy and paste as new layer
place as top layer center of your tag, if using the tube from the kit
I resized by 73% and sharpen
open element 115-lightening, resize 35%
place above the moon layer to the left
use eraser tool to erase what is showing outside the frame
open element 51-bat, resize 15%
place above the moon layer, duplicate and move
down slightly to the right
and drop shadow both
open element 62-tombstones, resize 40%
place below your tube layer to the right
and drop shadow
open element 59-single tombstone, resize 25%
place on right side of canvas, place behind your first tombstones
and drop shadow
open element 58-blades of grass, resize 35%
place on right side of tag , duplicate and mirror
place one on each side of tombstones
and drop shadow both
open element 96-spell books, resize 45%
place as top layer, on left side of the cat
and drop shadow
open element 85-potion, resize 25%
place on right side of spell books
and drop shadow
open element 91-black cat potion, resize 25%
place on right next to the other potion
drop shadow
open element 84-cauldron, resize 35%
place below tube layer center of the frame
and drop shadow
open element 67-tree, resize 75%
place on left side of canvas, above mask layer
and drop shadow
open element 63-skulls, resize 20%
place on right side of canvas in front of the tombstones
and drop shadow, I rotated mine left 10
open element 15-pumpkin, resize 15%
place on left side of canvas below your tube layer
and drop shadow
open element 27-black pumpkin, resize 25%
place in front of the first pumpkin on left side
and drop shadow
open element 5-spell books
resize 25%
place in front of the other spell books to the left
and drop shadow
open element 95-cemetary sign, resize 40%
rotate left 17, paste on right side
just above the tree layer on the right
give it a drop shadow
open element 117-wood sign, resize 25%
place on left side behind your pumpkins
and drop shadow
crop and resize your tag
add artist copyright and your name
save
