PTU Tutorial
This tutorial is my own creation any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental, for personal use only
you must have a working knowledge of psp
please refer to my tag for placement of elements
remember to sharpen after resizing

I am using Dragonfly Mask 043
you can download from her site
Font
I used one called
Brighton Spring
Plug ins
Xero-porcelain
Eyecandy 5-Gradient glow
Lets begin
open a new canvas 700x700 fill with white
add a new raster layer and select all
open paper 3, copy and paste into selection
deselect, open mask and apply, merge group
open frame 4, place on right side of canvas
rotate right 12, grab your magic wand click inside all 3 frames
expand by 5, add a new raster layer, below frame layer
open paper 10, copy and paste into selection, keep selected
open your tube, if using same as me resize your tube 70%
copy and paste as new layer, place what you want showing in your frames
selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard, select none
make sure your tube if below your frame layer, duplicate your tube
on bottom tube adjust guassian blurr 4.00, change blend mode to screen
on top tube, change blend mode to Luminance L
on your frame layer add a drop shadow, I used
-2 -4 70 10.00
open your tube again, undo the resize
and mirror your tube, this time resize 40%
place on left side of tag, apply xero porcelain default settings
and drop shadow
open map, resize 85% and rotate right 12
place behind tube, above mask layer
and drop shadow
open deco 6
place in center of canvas above mask layer
and drop shadow
open book 3, resize 65%
place on right side of tag
and drop shadow
open window 1, resize 60% and flip
place on left side of tag
and drop shadow
open trunk 1, resize 30%
place as top layer to the right
and drop shadow
open suitcase 3, resize 40%
place on right side of tag, below trunk layer
and drop shadow
open table 1, resize 40%
place on right side of tag, behind suitcase
and drop shadow
open cluster 5, resize 45%
place on right side of tag
and drop shadow
open cluster 4, resize 40%
place on right side of tag, below your first cluster
and drop shadow
open cluster 2, resize 40%
place on left side of tag
and drop shadow
open cat, resize 35%
place in center below the cluster 2 layer
and drop shadow
open hourglass, resize 30%
place to the right as top layer
and drop shadow
open accordian, resize 45%
place above frame laye in center
and drop shadow
open bag, resize 30%
place in center just below cat layer
and drop shadow
open deco 1, resize 70%
place on right lower side of tag
below mask layer
open dress, resize 55%
place on right side of tag
drop shadow
open gear 14, resize 40% and mirror
place at top on left side
and drop shadow
open gear 13, resize 50%
place on right side of tag
and drop shadow
open goggles, resize 30% and mirror
place on right side of tag
drop shadow
open magnifying glass, resize 30% and mirror
place on right side of tag
drop shadow
open gear 4, resize 40%
rotate left 90 and erase the chain
paste on left side of tag, below hat layer
duplicate and move up slightly
drop shadow both
open the wordart
selections select all, float, and defloat
add a new raster layer and fill with white, deselect
resize 60%, copy and paste as new layer
place as top layer, rigth above your bottom elements
add a gradient glow of black 5.00
lower the opacity 62
crop and resize your tag
add your artist copyright
add your name and save
