Let's Begin

open a new canvas 650x550 fill with white

add a new raster layer and select all
open paper 10, copy and paste into selection and deselect
open mask and apply, merge group

open element 14, the iffel tower, copy and paste on left side of tag
give it a drop shadow, I used -2,-4,70,10.00

open element 8, place in center of canvas to the right of the tower
give it a drop shadow

open element 13 the plane, mirror it and resize 50%
place on left side of tag behind your tower and drop shadow

open element 11 the boarding pass, resize 60%
free rotate right 15, and place on right side of tag
and drop shadow

open element 22 the suitcase
resize 65%, place on left side of tag just in front of the tower

open element 25 the passport
resize 50%, place on right side of tag
in front of the boarding pass and drop shadow

open your tube of choice, resize as needed, copy and paste as new layer
place as top layer in center of canvas, give it the same drop shadow

open element 29 the frame
copy and paste as new layer, place above your mask layer
and drop shadow

open element 30, copy and paste below the frame layer

open element 20 green suitcase resize 50%
place behind the first suitcase on left side and drop shadow

open element 28 the photo frame
resize 50%, grab your magic wand click inside the frame and expand by two
add new layer and fill with color black, move fill below the frame layer
keep selected, open your tube again, copy and paste as new layer
place what you want showing in the frame, selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard
deselect, apply xero bad dream to your tube, default settings, move below the frame layer
on top frame layer add drop shadow, merge the 3 layer together 
rotate free left 21, copy and paste as new layer place on right side of tag
you can undo what you did and do another one with different part of tube or just duplicate the one you made its entirely up to you on the second one rotate right 21
place behind the first pic

open element 21 the camera
resize 65% copy and paste in front of the photos just to the left
and drop shadow

open element 26 sunglasses
copy and paste on left side of tag
and drop shadow

open element 19 the flip flops
resize 65%  copy and paste behind sunglasses
and drop shadow

open element 17 the stamp
copy and paste on left side of tag, above the mask layer
duplicate and mirror

open element 4 the globe
copy and paste above the frame layer
on right side of tag
give it same drop shadow

open my wordart, copy and paste as new layer
place on right side of tag
give it a gradient glow and drop shadow

add your copyright and name
merge visible and save
