Lets begin

open a 615 x 615 canvas
fill with white

open element 98 from the kit
copy and paste as new layer
place in center of your canvas
grab your magic wand
holding down your shift key
click inside each pane of the window
expand by 5
add a new raster layer
open paper 17 from the kit
copy and paste into selection
deselect
move the paper below your window
close off your background layer
merge visible
duplicate the window
on the bottom original copy
go to adjust-blur-guassian blur
set on 12

add a new raster layer
above your background layer
select all
open paper 18
copy and paste into selection
deselect

apply the mask and merge group
resize mask layer 105%
duplicate and merge down

open your tube of choice
copy and paste as new layer
place in center of canvas
give it a drop shadow
-2 -4 70 10.00

Now lets add some elements
please refer to my tag for placement
remember to drop shadow

add your artist copyright
add your name
delete white background
merge visible 
save
