Let's begin

open  650x650 canvas

open element 6 
resize 60%
rotate right 16
grab your magic wand
click inside your frame
expand by 6
add new layer
open paper 3
copy and paste into selection
move below frame layer
keep selected
open your tube
mirror it
copy and paste as new layer
place what you want showing in your frame
selections-invert
hit delete on your keyboard
deselect
move tube below frame layer
go to effects-artistic effects
sepia toning
amount to age 75
apply xero porcelain
default settings
give your frame a drop shadow
-2,-4,70,10.00
close off background layer 
merge visible
duplicate and mirror
resize 95%

open your tube
copy and paste as new layer
give it the same drop shadow

open element 1
resize 70%
copy and paste as new layer
place on left side

open element 15
resize 45%
copy and paste as new layer
and duplicate
place to your liking

open element 2
resize 60%
copy and paste as new layer
place on right side

open element 11
resize 80%
copy and paste as new layer
place on left side

open elements
25-no resize
26-resize 60%
27-resize 50%
place them below your frame layers

open element 4
resize 40%
rotate right 18
place on right side

resize 50%
place on left side

make your background layer active
add new layer
select all
open paper 1
copy and paste into selection
deselect
apply the mask
merge group
resize mask layer 105%

add your artist copyright
add your name
merge visible
save
