Let's Begin
open a blank canvas 800x800

Open your tube of choice
resize if needed
copy and paste as new layer
if using the same tube
I resized 55% and sharpen
add a drop shadow
I used -2,-4,70,10.00

open element 114
copy and paste as new layer
place below your tub layer
duplicate and flip
move below the first one
and move up slightly
merge them together

add a new raster layer above your background layer
selections-select all
open paper 18
copy and paste into selection, select none
open mask and apply
merge group
resize mask layer 80%
move to the right side of your tag
duplicate and move to left side
merge them together
duplicate

resize 80%
copy and paste as new layer
place above your mask layer
on left side of tag
duplicate and mirror

place on left side below your tube layer
