This tutorial is my own creation, any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental, my tutorials are for personal use only, you must have a working knowledge of Psp, I am using Psp 10 any version will work.

Font of choice

Lets Begin
open a 800 x 600 blank canvas

Open element 29 (round frame)
resize 90% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place in the center of your canvas
grab your magic wand
click in the center of your frame
selections-modify-expand
expand by 5
add a new raster layer
open paper 2 from the kit
copy and paste into selection, select none
move below your frame layer
on frame layer give it a drop shadow

Open element 9 (lace frame)
grab your magic wand
click in the center of frame
expand by 5
add new raster layer
open paper 8
copy and paste into selection, select none
move paper below your frame layer
merge visible
resize 60% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
above background layer
rotate left 14
move up toward the top and to the left of tag
duplicate and resize duplicate 70%
move down slightly
see my tag for reference
on top lace frame merge down
duplicate and mirror

make your background layer active
add a new raster layer and select all
open paper 10
copy and paste into selection, select none
open your mask and apply, merge group
duplicate mask layer and merge down

Open your tube of choice
resize if needed
place to your liking
give it a drop shadow

open element 7 (cupcake)
resize 70% and sharpen
copy and paste as a new layer
place and drop shadow

open element 8 (bird)
resize 60% and sharpen
copy and paste as a new layer
place and drop shadow

open element 4 (flowers)
resize 40% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place and duplicate
place one on right side and one on left side of tag
drop shadow

open element 5 (green berries)
resize 50% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place on left side
duplicate and mirror

open element 34 (butterfly)
resize 60% and sharpen
rotate left 12
copy and paste as new layer
place on right side of tag
duplicate, resize  duplicate 70%
rotate this one left 12
place at top right of tag

open element 32 (lime slice)
resize 40% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
duplicate and resize 70%
place and drop shadow both

open element 28 (white flower)
resize 40% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
duplicate
drop shadow both
and place as shown

open element 24 (rope tie)
resize 50% and sharpen
rotate left 12
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow

open element 21 (orange flower)
resize 50% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
duplicate and resize 70%
place both and drop shadow

open element 12 (frame)
resize 80% and sharpen
copy and paste above mask layer
move to top left of tag
duplicate, mirror and flip

open the word art from the kit
resize 75% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer

add your name in a font of choice
add your artist copyright
resize and save
