Soft And Pretty

This tutorial is my own creation any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental, you must have a working knowledge of psp, please refer to my tag for placement of elements, please enjoy and have fun.

Supplies needed
Paid to use kit called Chic In Pink
designed by Wicked Princess
you can purchase the kit Here 
Template 670 by Millie
You can get it Here 
Mask 83 by Sophisticated Simone
you can get it Here 
Artist of choice, you will need a close up as well as the tube
I am using the beautiful work of Keith Garvey
you can purchase his work Here
Plug in used Xero-Radiance

Lets begin

Open up Millie's Template
Shift and D to duplicate
x out the original
delete the top credit layer
we are working from the bottom up
Make layer 1 active in your layer palette
go to selections-select all
float and defloat
selections-modify-smooth
smooth amount 10
corner scale 10
both boxes checked, click ok
open paper 1 from the kit
copy and paste into selection
select none add drop shadow
1,1,50,5.00

Make layer 2 active
selections-select all-float and defloat
modify-smooth use same settings
open paper 20
copy and paste into selection
select none and drop shadow

make layer 3 active
repeat the above steps
open paper 7
copy and paste into selection
select none and drop shadow

make layer 4 active
repeat above steps
open paper 5
copy and paste into selection
select none and drop shadow

make layer 5 active
repeat above steps
open paper 4
copy and paste into selection
select none and drop shadow

were going to skip layer 6
make layer 7 active
repeat above steps
open paper 15 
copy and paste into selection
keep selected
open your close up tube, resize if needed
copy and paste as new layer
place to your liking, go to selections-invert
and hit delete on your keyboard
select none
change the blend mode to soft light
merge down to layer 7
and drop shadow

Delete layer 8 the stars layer

make layer 10 active
selections-select all-float and defloat
apply the smooth setting again
open paper 18
copy and paste into selection
select none and drop shadow

open your main tube
copy and paste as new layer
resize if needed
place to your liking
apply xero-radiance
only change beauty to 90
give it a drop shadow of
-2,-4,70,10.00 

make layer 11 active
rotate 90 left
and place this at the top right of your tag
see my tag for placement
leave this for now we will come back to it 
in a bit

now time to add some elements
open box 1 from the kit
resize 50 percent
copy and paste as new layer
place on left side of tag 
and drop shadow
1,1,50,5.00
we will use this same drop shadow for the remaining elements

open box 7 from the kit
resize 45 percent
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow

open the charm from the kit
resize 50 percent
copy and paste as new layer
place at the top of your tag
between the words you are
use your eraser tool to erase the top that is hanging off
give it a drop shadow

open corset from the kit
resize 50 percent
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow

open the curtain from the kit
resize 65 percent
copy and paste as new layer
place above layer 10
and drop shadow

open flower 10 from the kit
resize 40 percent
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow

open jar from the kit
resize 50 percent
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow

open pillow from the kit
resize 60 percent
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow

open bag 2 from the kit
resize 40 percent
copy and past as new layer
place and drop shadow

open bottle from the kit
resize 40 percent
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow

make your background layer active
add a new raster layer
select all
open paper 1 from the kit
copy and paste into selection, select none
open Simone's mask 83
apply your mask and merge group

Make layer 3 active, your word art layer
selections-select all-float and defloat
apply smooth settings
make your foreground color white
and your background color to match your tube
alternate filling the letters 
go to adjust-add noise
uniform checked, noise 30, monochrome checked
keep selected
selections-modify-expand by 3
add new layer
fill with black
move below your word art layer
select none
on top word art merge down
and drop shadow

make layer 9 active
your other word art layer
repeat all the above steps
to fill this as we did the first one

add your name in a font of choice
add your artist copyright
resize and save
