This tutorial is my own creation any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental, my tutorials are for personal use only, you must have a working knowledge of psp, please refer to my tag for placement of elements.

Supplies needed
Scrap kit is called Pussy cat, Pussy cat by Kissing Kate
you can purchase the kit at Pics For Design Here
Mask is by Weescotlass, we are using mask 81
you can download from her site Here
Tube of choice I am using the beautiful work of Barbara Jensen
please do not use without purchasing a license to do so

Font of choice I am using a ptu called Bilbo
Plug-ins needed
Mura Meister-copies
Xero-porcelain

Let's begin
open a 800x600 blank canvas

add a new raster layer, go to selections-select all
open paper 10 from the kit
copy and paste into selection and select none
open wsl mask 81
go to layers-new mask layer-from image
find the mask in the drop down box and click ok
layers-merge-merge group
duplicate the mask on top mask layer and merge down

open element 17 from the kit
(couch)
resize 80 percent and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow
-2,-4,70,10.00

open your tube of choice
copy and paste as new layer
place to your liking and give it the same drop shadow

open element 59 from the kit
(fan)
copy and paste as new layer
place above the mask layer
bring to the top of your canvas

open element 52 from the kit
(flower)
resize 30 percent and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
apply mura meister copies with these settings
resize it 90 percent
place behind the fan layer and drop shadow
I used the eraser tool to erase the bottom part of the flowers

resize 50 percent and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow

open element 39 from the kit
(phone)
resize 50 percent and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow

open element 55 from the kit
(heels)
resize 40 percent and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow

open element 49 from the kit
(perfume)
resize 30 percent and sharpen
copy and paste as a new layer
place and drop shadow

open element 8 from the kit
(canisters)
resize 50 percent and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow

open frame 2 from the kit
resize 40 percent and sharpen
grab your magic wand, tolerance and feather both set on 0
click inside your frame
go to selections-modify-expand set on 5
add new raster layer and move below frame layer
open paper 1 copy and paste into selection
keep selected
copy your tube as top layer
place what you want showing in the frame
go to selections-invert-and hit delete on your keyboard
select none, move tube below frame layer
apply xero porcelain with default settings
merge visible and copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow

open element 29 from the kit
(rose)
resize 30 percent and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow
duplicate and move over

open element 38 from the kit
(white flower)
resize 30 percent and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow

open element 63 from the kit
copy and paste as new layer
place above your mask layer

open element 37 from the kit
(ribbon)
resize 60 percent and sharpen
rotate 90 left
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow

add your name in a font of choice
add artist copy right
resize and save
