Supplies needed
Scrap kit is a ptu kit called Wicked Spirit
by Disyas Ditigal Designs
you can purchase the kit Here 
Mask by Zuzanna you can grab from her site Here 
we are using mask 51
Tube of choice
I am using the beautiful work of Ellie Milk
you can purchase her work from Pics for design Here 
Font of choice I used a paid font called Water Brush

Let's begin
open a 800x600 blank canvas

open frame 1 from the kit
copy and paste as new layer and move to center of canvas
grab your magic wand, tolerence and feather both set on 0
click inside your frame
go to selections,modify,expand, set on 4
add new raster layer
open paper 6 from the kit
copy and paste into selection and move the paper below frame layer
keep selected
open your tube of choice resize if needed
copy and paste as new layer, place what you want showing in the frame
go to selections,invert and hit delete on your keyboard
select none and move tube below frame layer
change blend mode to soft light

open frame 7 from the kit
resize 120 percent, copy and paste as new layer
place below frame 1 layer
give it a drop shadow
-2,-4,80,10.00

open element 3 from the kit
copy and paste as new layer as top layer
give it the same drop shadow

open your main tube
copy and paste as new layer
place to your liking and drop shadow

open element 44 from the kit
resize 40 percent and sharpen
place and drop shadow

open element 41 from the kit
resize 80 percent and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer, place and drop shadow

open element 4 from the kit
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow

open element 2 from the kit
resize 40 percent and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow

open element 35 from the kit
resize 30 percent and sharpen\
copy and paste as new layer , place and drop shadow

open element 6 from the kit
resize 25 percent and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer,place and drop shadow

open element 91 from the kit
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow, duplicate and mirror

open element 3 from the kit
resize 50 percent and sharpen
place at top of frame
drop shadow and duplicate twice
line them up at the top of your frame

open element 64 from the kit
resize 40 percent and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer , place and drop shadow

open element 81 from the kit
resize 50 percent and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer, place and drop shadow

open element 8 from the kit
resize 40 percent and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer, place and drop shadow

open element 79 from the kit
resize 25 percent and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer, place and drop shadow

make your background layer active
add a new raster layer and fill with color of choice
open zuzanna mask 51
go to layers-new mask layer-from image
find the mask in the drop down box and click ok
layers-merge-merge gtoup
resize mask layer 95 percent
duplicate mask layer on top mask layer merge down

add your name in a font of your choice
add your artist copyright, resize and save
