Supplies needed
Scrap kit is a Ptu kit called Anamorphose
by Devilish Dezines
you may purchase the kit here
Tube of choice, I am using the beautiful work of Barbara Jensen
you must purchase a license to use her work

Font of choice, I used Elementary Gothic

Let's Begin
open a 800x600 blank canvas

open element 21 from the kit
resize 90 percent
copy and paste as new layer
move down to bottom of your canvas

open element 47 from the kit
resize 90 percent
copy and paste as new layer, place above background layer
duplicate and on bottom copy
go to adjust-blur-Gaussian blur 25.00
on top copy add drop shadow
-2, -4, 73, 10.00

open element 26 from the kit
resize 30 percent and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer, place and drop shadow
duplicate and mirror

open element 28 from the kit
resize 50 percent
copy and paste as new layer, place and drop shadow
duplicate and mirror

open element 30 from the kit
resize 80 percent
copy and paste as new layer, place on left side of tag
drop shadow, duplicate and mirror

open element 42 from the kit
copy and paste as new layer
above the moon layer

open your tube, resize if needed
copy and paste as new layer
place to your liking and drop shadow

open element 7 from the kit
resize 40 percent and sharpen
duplicate twice and arrange to your liking
merge flowers together and drop shadow

open element 6 from the kit
resize 40 percent and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place on left side of tag at bottom, drop shadow
duplicate and mirror

open element 49 from the kit
resize 25 percent and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer, place in tree and drop shadow

open element 36 from the kit
resize 30 percent and sharpen
copy and paste as new  layer and drop shadow

choose your font and add your name
now give it a heavy drop shadow using these settings
-10, -5, 58, 12.00 color white
repeat drop shadow only change the color to black

add your artist copyright and save
