This tutorial is my own creation, any resemblance to any other tut is purely coincidental, my tuts are for personal use only and you must have a working knowledge of psp, all my tags are created using paint shop pro 8 but can be done in most versions.

SUPPLIES NEEDED
Scrap kit is a Ptu kit called Lemon and Lime
by Kissing kate
you can purchase this kit and any of the 3 stores
Mask by Vix we are using mask 231
you can grab that from her site here
Tube of choice, I am using the cute and adorable Pinuptoons
you can purchase this tube at CDO
Font of choice

Let's begin

open a 700x600 blank canvas

Open frame one from the kit
copy and paste as new layer and resize 75 percent
copy and paste as new layer and place in center of your canvas
grab your magic wand, tolerance and feather both set on 0
click inside your frame
go to selections-modify-expand
and expand by 4 and add new raster layer
open paper 1 from the kit
copy and paste into selection, select none and move below your frame layer

Make your fame layer active in your layer palette
grab your magic wand again and click inside and expand by 4 again
open your tube copy and paste as new layer
place to your liking, duplicate tube layer
move duplicate under the frame layer
go to selections-invert and hit delete on your keyboard
select none
now make top tube layer active
grab your eraser tool and erase the part that is hanging
out of the frame now drop shadow the top tube and your frame layer
I used  -2, -4, 73, 10.00

open element 1 from the kit
(sign)
resize 50 percent
copy and paste as new layer place on left side of tag and drop shadow

Open element 15 from the kit
(pitcher)
resize 50 percent
copy and paste as new layer place on right side of tag and drop shadow

open element 40 from the kit
(glass)
resize 50 percent
copy and paste as new layer place by pitcher and drop shadow

open element 6 from the kit
(crate)
resize 75 percent
copy and paste as new layer and place at top and drop shadow

open element 36 from the kit
(half lemon)
resize 30 percent and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer and place on left side of tag
next to your sign and drop shadow

open element 18 from the kit
(lime)
resize 30 percent and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer and place above half lemon
and drop shadow

make background layer active
open element 32 from the kit
(bees)
copy and paste as new layer and move to the left
and drop shadow

open element 8 from the kit
(bird)
resize 20 percent and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place on top of the sign and drop shadow

open element 5 from the kit
(leaves)
resize 50 percent copy and paste as new layer
and drop shadow

open element 44 from the kit
(flowers)
resize 40 percent and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer and drop shadow

open element 21 from the kit
(bow)
resize 40 percent and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer and drop shadow

open element 36 from the kit
(lemon half)
resize 20 percent and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer on top of the crate
grab your eraser tool erase the bottom part of the lemon
so that it looks as if its sitting in the crate
do this same step with element 20
make sure to drop shadow both

make your background layer active
add a new raster layer either floodfill with a color from your tag
or a paper of choice
open vix mask and go to layers-new mask layer-from image
find the mask in drop down box and click ok
layers-merge group
again make bg layer active new layer
add a different color or paper and apply mask again
merge group and resize 80 percent
I erased the left side of both mask where the bees are
this is entirely up to you

choose a font and add your name and drop shadow
add artist copyright and save
