Lets begin

open a new canvas 700x600 fill with white

add a new raster layer and select all
open paper 6, copy and paste into selection and deselect
apply mask 098 and merge group, resize mask 105%
add a new raster layer above this mask layer and select all
open paper 1, copy and paste into selection and deselect
apply mask 092 and merge group

open frame 6, resize 55%
place on far left side of your canvas
grab your magic wand click in the center of the frame
and expand by 5, add a new raster layer
open paper 9, copy and paste into selection, keep selected
move paper below your fame layer
open your tube, copy and paste as new layer
resize as needed, place what you want showing in the frame
selections-invert and hit delete on your keyboard
deselect and move tube below the frame layer
duplicate your tube on the bottom tube layer
go to adjust, blur,guassian blur set to 6.00
on top copy of tube change blend mode to screen
apply penta-dot and cross with these settings
amount 72,cross distance 10,cross width 2
on top frame layer apply drop shadow
close off your background layer and both mask layers
mirror and rotate left 14
merge visible, unhide all layers

open door 2, resize 40%
place above your mask layers
to the right of canvas
and drop shadow

open cluster 5, resize 40%
flip and mirror
place as top layer on left side of canvas
at the bottom of the frame
and drop shadow

open flower 23, resize 15%
place at the bottom right of frame
and drop shadow

open flower 17, resize 17%
place to the right behind the first flower
and drop shadow

open book 2, resize 25%
place to the right of the flowers
and drop shadow

open box 4, resize 15%
place to the left of the book
and drop shadow

open flower 1, resize 30%
place above frame layer, middle of other flowers
duplicate and move down slightly
drop shadow both

open cat, resize 22%
place to the left of your canvas
and drop shadow

open flower 6, resize 20% and rotate left 90
place on left side of canvas behind the cat
duplicate and move over slightly to the right
drop shadow both

open food 1, resize 15%
place to the right of the cat
duplicate and resize duplicate 65%
move over slightly to the right
and drop shadow both

open your tube, resize as needed
place to the right of your canvas
apply xero porcelain default settings
and drop shadow

open cluster 1, resize 25%
place above your tube layer
and drop shadow

open leaf 1, resize 20%
place on right side of canvas above tube layer
and drop shadow

open leaf 12, resize 14% and mirror
place on right side of canvas
and drop shadow

open pumpkin 1, resize 15%
place on right side of canvas
and drop shadow

open pumpkin 2, resize 10%
place to the right of canvas
and drop shadow

open basket 1, resize 20%
place on right side of canvas
and drop shadow

open cluster 5, resize 25% and mirror
place on right side of canvas
and drop shadow

open grass, resize 20% and flip
place above frame layer at the bottom of tag
duplicate several times arrange at the bottom

open frame 1, resize 60%
rotate left 90 and mirror
place above mask layer to the right of canvas

open bird, resize 12% and mirror
place as top layer to the right of canvas
and drop shadow

open butterfly, resize 8% and rotate left 20
place on the left side of canvas
duplicate and resize duplicate 70%
move down slightly and drop shadow both

open lantern, resize 12%
place as top layer, to the right of the book
and drop shadow

open pine cone 1, resize 7% and rotate left 90
place to the left of lantern
and drop shadow

open squirrel, resize 10%
place on right side of canvas
and drop shadow

open leaf 20, resize 10%
place to the right of the squirrel
and drop shadow

open leaf 19, resize 30% and mirror
place above frame layer to the left of your tube
duplicate and move up and over slightly
drop shadow both

crop and resize your tag
add your artist copyright and your name
save as png
