remember to sharpen after resizing

Lets begin

open a new canvas 700x700 fill with white

add a new raster layer and select all
open paper 1, copy and paste into selection and deselect
apply mask and merge group
resize mask layer 110%

open frame 20
place in center of canvas,grab your magic wand
select in the center of the frame, expand by 5
add a new raster layer, open paper 9
copy and paste into selection, and deselect
move paper below the frame layer
change the blend mode to luminace L

open element 74, resize 50%
place on the right side of the frame
rotate left 14, duplicate
move over slightly to the right

open element 62, place on left side of frame
duplicate and resize 70%
move down slightly
and drop shadow both

open element 10, resize 30%
place as top layer at the bottom of the trees
and drop shadow

open element 11, resize 30%
place behind the red flower to the left
and drop shadow

open element 17, resize 20%
place to the right of the red flower but below it
and drop shadow

open element 94, resize 25%
place on the left side of canvas
duplicate and move down slightly
and drop shadow both

ope  element 63, resize 35%
rotate left 70 and place on left side of canvas behind all other flowers
duplicate, flip and mirror and place on right side of flowers
drop shadow both

open element 82, resize 20%
place as top layer to the right of canvas
and drop shadow

open element 84, resize 22%
place to the left of the other drink
and drop shadow

open element 81, resize 22%
place to the left of other drinks
and drop shadow

open element 80, resize 80%
place just above frame layer almost center of your tag
and drop shadow

open your tube of choice, resize as needed
place above frame layer to the right of your canvas
apply xero porcelain default settings
and drop shadow

open element 55, resize 20% and mirror
place behind the drinks 
and drop shadow

open element 78, resize 40%
place behind your tube to the left
duplicate and resize the duplicate 70%
move over to the right
drop shadow both

open element 13, resize 12% and mirror
place as top layer in front of the drinks
and drop shadow

open element 25, resize 15%
place on left side of canvas
and drop shadow

open element 45, resize 70%
place on right side of canvas above mask layer
rotate right 25, duplicate and move up and over to the left
drop shadow both

open element 44, resize 25%
place as top layer just to the right of your trees
and drop shadow

open element 51, resize 40%
place at the bottom of canvas
and drop shadow

open element 56, resize 15%
place to the right of canvas
and drop shadow

open element 7, resize 15% and mirror
place in front of your tube to the left
and drop shadow

open element 88, resize 25%
place on left side bottom of your canvas, duplicate and move down slightly
on top duplicate layer merge down
duplicate again and move over to the right
drop shadow both

open element 49, resize 12% and mirror
place on right side of canvas, duplicate and move over to the left
drop shadow both

open element 2, resize 80%
place above frame layer, center of canvas

This part is optional, you can merge and crop your tag now
add your artist copyright and your name and save

I deleted my white background, merge visible, and resized my tag 90%
and sharpen, duplicate your tag
on the top layer, guassian blur 3 and change blend mode to screen
apply xero soft mood twice and sharpen again

open my word art, place to your liking
give it a gradient glow of white size 5
and drop shadow

add your artist copyright and your name
save as png
