PTU Tutorial
This tutorial is my own creation any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental, for personal use only

Lets begin
open a new canvas 625x550 fill with white
set your foreground color to a color from your tube background color null
pre-shape tool set to rounded rectangle width set to 8, draw out a large retangle and center it on your canvas, convert to raster layer
grab your magic wand click in the center of your rectangle and expand by 5
add a new raster layer, fill with paper 11, move paper below your rectangle
and deselect, on the top rectangle layer add an inner bevel with these settings
open element 70 (sand) resize 60%
place at the bottom left of your canvas, duplicate and mirror
move over to the right, on top sand layer merge down
duplicate and flip,move below the first sand layer and place at bottom of canvas
line up to your liking and drop shadow
open element 43, resize 45%
place on left side of canvas
and drop shadow
open element 62 (palm tree) resize 60%
place on left side of canvas, duplicate the tree
on bottom original guassian blur 18
on top tree layer merge down
duplicate tree layer and move down slightly
open element 64, resize 25%
place to the right of the trees
and drop shadow
open element 66, resize 20%
place in front of the bag
and drop shadow
open element 61, resize 17% and rotate left 10
place in front of the bag
and drop shadow
open your tube of choice
place slightly to the left
and drop shadow
open element 57, resize 25%
place on left side of canvas behind your tube
and drop shadow
open element 59, resize 20%
place on right side of canvas
and drop shadow
open element 12, resize 20%
place on right side of canvas in front of the other shell
and drop shadow
open element 18, resize 10%
place to the right of canvas
and drop shadow
open element 16, resize 25%
place behind the shells on the right of canvas
and drop shadow
open element 17, resize 20% and mirror
place behind your tube and to the right slightly
and drop shadow
open element 14, resize 15%
place on right side of canvas
and drop shadow
open element 25, resize 25%
place above the sand layers
and drop shadow
open element 26, resize 15%
place on right side of canvas
and drop shadow
open element 36, resize 25%
place on right side of canvas
and drop shadow
open element 41, resize 35% and mirror
place behind your tube layer to the left
and drop shadow
open element 43, resize 20%
place behind the box duplicate and move over slightly to the left
drop shadow both
open element 5, resize 25% and mirror
place to the left of your tube
and drop shadow
open element 31, resize 50% and mirror
place above the rectangle layer
and over to the right of canvas
open element 62, resize 50%
place on right side of canvas
and drop shadow
add a new raster layer above your background layer and select all
open paper 13, copy and paste into selection, and deselect
apply mask and merge group
crop and resize your tag
add your artist copyright and your name
save as Png
