PTU Tutorial
This tutorial is my own creation any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental, for personal use only
you must have a working knowledge of psp
please refer to my tag for placement of elements
remember to sharpen after resizing

Lets begin
open a new canvas 700x700 fill with white
open element 89, resize 90%
place to the left of your canvas
click inside frame with your magic wand and expand by 6
add a new raster layer and fill with black, move below the frame layer
keep selected, open your tube, mirror it and paste as new layer
place what you want showing in the frame
selections-invert and hit delete on your keyboard
move tube below frame layer, and hit invert again
add a new raster layer above your tube layer and fill with white
go to cybia screen works, light gauze 140 and change blend mode to soft light
you can deselect now
on the tube layer duplicate, on bottom original tube, guassian blur 15
on top tube change blend mode to lumiance L
give the frame a drop shadow, close off background layer
and merge visible, duplicate and mirror
add a new raster layer above your background layer and select all
open paper 5, copy and paste into selection-deselect
apply mask and merge group, move mask up toward top of canvas
duplicate and flip move toward bottom of canvas
on top mask layer merge down
open element 12, resize 40% and mirror
place on right side of canvas above frame layers
and drop shadow
open element 70, resize 20%
place on right side of canvas
and drop shadow
open element 16, resize 35%
place to the left of your canvas above frame layers
and drop shadow
open element 77, resize 25%
place on the right side of canvas
and drop shadow
open element 7, resize 25%
place to the right of the radio
and drop shadow
open element 29, resize 30% and mirror
place on left side of canvas
and drop shadow
open your tube of choice, resize as needed
place above the frame layers, center of canvas
I used xero grey scaler and bad dream on my tube both default settings
apply drop shadow
open element 10, resize 20%
place above tube layer to the left
and drop shadow
open element 13, resize 15%
place above tube layer to the right
and drop shadow
open element 21, resize 15%
place to the right of the white flower
and drop shadow
open element 55, resize 40%
rotate right 10
place below the other flowers to the left
and drop shadow
open element 48, resize 15%
place to the right of the flowers we just placed
and drop shadow
open element 22, resize 25%
place to the left of your canvas behind the radio
and drop shadow
open element 34, resize 12%
place on right side of canvas
and drop shadow
open element 63, resize 15%
place to the right of canvas
and drop shadow
open element 74, resize 12%
place as top layer to the right
and drop shadow
open element 30, resize 15% and mirror
place at the bottom of canvas
and drop shadow

place behind radio on left side of canvas

duplicate and mirror

place to the right of the canvas

rotate left 22
place as top layer to the left of canvas
duplicate and resize 70%
move over slightly to the right
drop shadow both
open my wordart, resize to your liking
place to the left of your tag
give it a drop shadow
crop and resize your tag
add your artist copyright and your name
save as png
