PTU Tutorial
This tutorial is my own creation any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental, for personal use only
you must have a working knowledge of psp
please refer to my tag for placement of elements
remember to sharpen after resizing

Lets begin
open a new canvas 700x700 and fill with white
add a new raster layer and select all
Open paper 2, copy and paste into selection and select none
apply mask and merge group
move it over slightly to the right
open frame 15, copy and paste as new layer
place to the right of your mask
grab your magic wand click in the center of your frame
selections, expand by 5, add new layer
open paper 6, copy and paste into selection, select none
move paper layer below your frame layer
drop shadow your frame
open tree 1, resize 65%
place above mask layer below the frame
place to the right, and use your eraser tool to erase some of the part
sticking out of the side, and drop shadow
open tree 3, resize 55%
place above mask layer, move to the left center of your tag
and drop shadow
open your tube of choice, and resize as needed
if using the same as me, I resized 45% and sharpen
place to the left of your canvas
apply xero porcelain, default settings
and drop shadow
open grass 1, resize 50%
paste as your top layer, down at the bottom and to the left of your canvas
duplicate and mirror, line them up on top layer merge down
duplicate and move down slightly merge them together
place at the bottom of your tag
and drop shadow
open crates, resize 40%
place behind your tube layer to the left
and drop shadow
open cactus 3, resize 35%
place behind crates to the left
and drop shadow
open horse 2, resize 65%
place to the right of your canvas above your frame layer
apply xero bad dream default settings
and drop shadow
open barrel 1, resize 40%
place as your top layer, slightly to the right
and drop shadow
open jug, resize 20%
place below barrel layer to the right
and drop shadow
open lantern 2, resize 15%
place as top layer to the right of your canvas
and drop shadow
open flower 18, resize 15% and mirror
place on right side of canvas behind the barrel layer
duplicate and move to top and behind barrel layer
drop shadow both
open flower 9, resize 15% and rotate right 90
place behind the first flower layer to the right
duplicate and move over to left behind the barrel
drop shadow both
open leaf 1, resize 15%
place behind the other flower layers
duplicate a couple times, move to where you would like them
and drop shadow
open mailbox, resize 30%
place on right side behind the horse
and drop shadow
open bag 3, resize 25%
place above tube layer to the left of barrel
and drop shadow
open cat, resize 20%
place on left side as top layer
and drop shadow
open branch, resize 20%
place behind the cat to the right
and drop shadow
open horse shoe 1, resize 20%
place behind the bag layer
rotate left 18
and drop shadow
open Harmonica, resize 15%
place as top layer in front of your horseshoe
and drop shadow
open sign 2, resize 50%
place above your frame layer to the right
and drop shadow
open tray 2, resize 17%
place to the right of your cat
and drop shadow
open fence 2, resize 40%
apply xero bad dream default settings
place above your frame layer
duplicate and mirror, move down behind your cactus
drop shadow both
crop and resize your tag
add your artist copyright
and your name
save
