PTU Tutorial
This tutorial is my own creation any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental, for personal use only
you must have a working knowledge of psp
please refer to my tag for placement of elements
remember to sharpen after resizing

Lets begin
Open a new canvas 700x700 fill with white
add a new raster layer above your background layer and select all
open paper 7, copy and paste into selection, select none
apply mask and merge group, duplicate mask and merge down
open your tube of choice, and resize as needed
if using the same one, I resized by 45% and rember to sharpen
place on left side of canvas
apply xero porcelain default settings and drop shadow
I used -2 -4 70.00 10
open clock 3, resize 40%
place below your tube layer
to the right of your canvas and drop shadow
open frame 2, resize 60%
free rotate 90 left
copy and paste above mask layer
between your tube and the clock
grab your magic wand click in the center of the frame
expand by 4
open your close up of your tube and mirror it
copy and paste as new layer,place the part of the tube you want showing in your frame
selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard, select none
move your tube below the frame layer
change blend mode to hard light
go to effects-texture effects-blinds
settings:width 4, opacity 50, color boxes both white, horizontal and light from left both checked
duplicate your frame layer
free rotate right 22
move below frame and tube layer, and move over to the right
erase the part showing inside your first frame
give both frames a drop shadow
open flowers 20, resize 40% and mirror
place above clock layer to the right of your canvas
and drop shadow
open flower 2, resize 25%
place to the right below flower 20
and drop shadow
open flowers 26, resize 30%
place on right side of canvas below both flower layers
and drop shadow
open flowers 23, resize 35%
place to the right of your canvas
just above your second frame layer
and drop shadow
duplicate and mirror
open flower 4, resize 30%
place as top layer center of your tube
and drop shadow
open frame 3, resize 40% and flip
place above your mask layer at the bottom of your tag
use your eraser tool to erase the frame part, we only want the flowers to show
duplicate several times and arrange at the bottom of your tag
open hat, resize 25%
place as top layer to the left of your canvas
and drop shadow
open locket, resize 20%
place as top layer to the right of your canvas
and drop shadow
open bag 1, resize 15%
place below the hat layer to the right
and drop shadow
open basket 3, resize 20%
place below hat layer to the left
and drop shadow
open bottle, resize 13%
place as top layer beside the bag layer
and drop shadow
open box 10, resize 15%
place behind the bottle layer
and drop shadow
open flower 5, resize 15%
place to the left of your canvas
and drop shadow
open flower 6, resize 17%
roate right 90
place on right side of canvas
and drop shadow
open blanket, resize 15%
place on left side of canvas
and drop shadow
open cat, resize 20%
place above tube layer to the left of canvas
and drop shadow
open frame 3
place above mask layer, move up toward top of canvas
use eraser tool to erase the parts showing in your frames
open butterfly, resize 14%
place as top layer, at top right of your tag
duplicate and resize 70%
move down slightly, drop shadow both
open flower 3
place above mask layer, move to left side of tag
duplicate and mirror
merge duplicate layer down, use eraser tool
erase the parts showing inside your frames
open my wordart
copy and paste the word "Time"
place on right side of canvas
lower opacity to 70 and drop shadow
copy and paste the words "for Spring"
add a gradient glow 5.00 color of your choice
crop and resize your tag
add your artist copyright and your name
save
