I used two mask
Vix big mask 01

softmood

Lets begin

open a new canvas 700x700 fill with white

add a new raster layer and select all
open paper 8, copy and paste into selections, select none
apply Vix big mask 1 and merge group, duplicate and merge down
add a new raster layer above this mask layer and select all
open paper 9, copy and paste into selection, select none
apply Mb&Sb mask 84, merge group and resize 90%

open frame 2, copy and paste above your mask layers
resize 80% and mirror, drop shadow, I used
-2,-4,70,10.00

now open your tube of choice, and paste as new layer as your top layer
if using the same one, I resized 45% sharpen 
apply xero porcelain default settings and drop shadow
I also mirrored my tube but that is up to you

open stocking 2, resize 40%
place on right side of canvas below your tube layer
and drop shadow

open tree 2, resize 60%
place in center of canvas above the frame layer
and drop shadow

open gift 2, resize 40%
place to the left of the tree
and drop shadow

open gift 4, resize 25%
place to the left of gift 2 
and drop shadow

open gift 1, resize 25%
place on the right side of canvas, behind your tube
and drop shadow

open candy 3, resize 35%
place behind the gifts to the left
and drop shadow

open bag 5, resize 25%
place to the right of the other gifts
and drop shadow

open bucket, resize 35%
place as top layer 
and drop shadow

open ornament 8, resize 20%
place to the right of the bucket
and drop shadow

open ornament 7, resize 20%
place to the right of the other ornament
and drop shadow

open lantern, resize 25%
place to the left of the bucket
and drop shadow

open cluster 2, resize 25%
place on right side of canvas
and drop shadow

open book 2, resize 20%
place to the left of your tag, and drop shadow
I duplicated mine, and moved the duplicate below the tube layer
erase the part by her hand and boot

open berry 2, resize 30%
place to the left below your tube layer
and drop shadow

open flower 2, resize 40% and mirror
place on left side of canvas 
and drop shadow

open ornament 9, resize 10%
rotate right 14
place to the left of your lantern
and drop shadow

This part is optional, you can merge and crop your tag now
add your artist copyright and your name and save

or

I deleted my white background, merge visible, and resized my tag 90%
and sharpen, duplicate your tag
on the top layer, guassian blur 3 and change blend mode to screen
apply xero soft mood twice and sharpen again

add your artist copyright and your name
save
