Lets begin

open a new canvas 700x700 fill with white

add a new raster layer and select all
open paper 10 copy and paste into selection and deselect
open mask and apply, make sure invert mask data is checked
merge group 

open element 59, resize 30% and flip
place in center of canvas
apply mura meister copies-encircle
number 25, shift x 60, shift y 60

open element 92, resize 35%
place in center of canvas
apply copies again change top number to 16

open element 12, resize 40%
place in center of canvas
apply copies again change top number to 12
move in between the two flower layers

open your tube of choice
resize as needed, if using the same as me I resized 53%
apply xero porcelain default settings 
and add a drop shadow, I used
-2 -4 70 10.00

open frame 8, resize 45%
and rotate left 14
place behind your tube layer
and drop shadow

open element 87, resize 30%
place as top layer to the left of your tube
and drop shadow

open element 91, resize 25%
place to the left on your canvas
and drop shadow

open element 72
rotate right 16 and drop shadow
place in front of the frame layer

open element 73, resize 40%
place on right side of canvas
and drop shadow

open element 37, resize 40%
place on left side of canvas
and drop shadow

open element 30
place on left side of canvas
and drop shadow

open element 86
rotate 90 left
place above frame layer

open element 83, resize 40%
place on left side of canvas
and drop shadow

open element 47, resize 20%
rotate left 14
place above frame layer to the left
duplicate and resize 70%
move down slightly

open element 4
place below your tube layer
to the right of your canvas
duplicate and mirror

crop and resize your tag
add your artist copyright and your name
save
