Lets begin

open a new canvas
625 x 625
fill with white

open your close up tube
mirror it
copy and paste as new layer
place in the center of your canvas
open dflymask0012
apply mask and merge group
resize 80%
move over slightly to the right
add a new layer 
below this mask layer
and above background layer
select all
open paper 2
copy and paste into selection
deselect
apply the same mask
merge group
move it over slightly to the left

open your main tube
copy and paste as new layer
give it a drop shadow
-2 -4 70 10.00

lets add the elements

and remember to drop shadow
