A Little bit spring

Tube
I used a beautiful Tube called

Mask
I used one from Melissa at

Mcmask 13
Here

Font of choice
I used one called
Moving Skate

I use the same drop shadow 
throughout this tutorial
-2,-4,70,10.00

Let's begin

open a new canvas 800x800

add a new raster layer
selection select all
open paper 23
copy and paste into selection
deselect
open your mask and apply
merge group
resize mask layer 105%

open your tube of choice
resize if needed
copy and paste as new layer
place in center of canvas
add a drop shadow

open element 27
resize 105% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place behind your tube layer
drop shadow

open element 1
resize 50%
copy and paste as new layer
duplicate 2 times
and arrange at bottom of your tag
see my tag for reference
remember to ad drop shadow to all three

open element 13
resize 50%
copy and paste as new layer
place to left of tag
drop shadow

open element 9
resize 60%
copy and paste as new layer
place on left side of tag
drop shadow

open element 71
resize 45%
copy and paste as new layer
place behind tube layer
drop shadow

open element 49
resize 60%
copy and paste as new layer
place on right side
drop shadow

open element 77
resize 50%
copy and paste as new layer
place on left side
drop shadow

open element 69
rotate left 90
resize 60%
copy and paste as new layer
place above mask layer
on left side of tag
duplicate and move down slightly
merge those two together
duplicate and mirror

open element 21
resize 20%
copy and paste as new layer
place on right side
drop shadow

open element 47
mirror
resize 20%
copy and paste as new layer
place to your liking
duplicate and resize 70%
duplicate that one and resize 80%
arrange them to your liking
give them a drop shadow

add your artist copyright
add your name
save your tag
