Lets begin

open a 800 x 600
blank canvas, fill with white

add a new raster layer
select all
open paper 1 from the kit
copy and paste into selection
select none
apply Millie's mask 54
merge group
duplicate and merge down
and flip

open frame 8 from the kit
resize 50% and sharpen
click on your deform tool
place your mouse over the bottom right node
hold down shift key 
and pull down slightly
this will give your frame an angle
grab your magic wand 
click in the center of your frame
expand by 5
add a new raster layer
open paper 14 from the kit
copy and paste into selection
select none
move below your frame layer

open your tube
resize if needed
copy and paste as new layer
place to your liking and drop shadow
-2,-4,70,10.00 color white

Now we are going to add these elements
to our tag
please refer to my tag for placement
remember to sharpen after resizing
and drop shadow

Element 106 - resize 40%
Element 114 -resize 50%
Element 163 - resize 70%
Element 166 - no resize

Add your name in a font of choice
resize and add artist copyright
