This tutorial is my own creation, any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental, my tutorials are for personal use only, you must have a working knowledge of Psp, I am using Psp 10 any version will work.

Font of choice
Lets begin
1. open a 800x600 blank canvas
2. open frame 6 from the kit
resize 60% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
grab your magic wand
click inside the frame
selections-modify-expand
expand by 5
add a new raster layer
open paper 5 from the kit
copy and paste into selection
select none
move below your frame layer
3. open your tube of choice
resize if needed
copy and paste as new layer
this should be your top layer
place to your liking and drop shadow
-2,-4,70,10.00
4. Open element 82 (grass)
resize 70% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place at the bottom and to the left of your tag
duplicate and mirror
on top grass layer merge down
duplicate again
arrange to your liking
5. open element 76 (trellis)
resize 60% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place above your frame layer
to the right of your tag
erase the bottom that is sticking out of the grass
6. open element 62 (swing)
resize 50%, sharpen and mirror
use your eraser tool to take off some of the rope at the top
copy and paste as new layer
place below trellis layer and drop shadow
7. open element 77 (fence)
resize 60% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place below your grass layer
and drop shadow
8. open element 74 (windmill)
resize 50% sharpen and mirror
copy and paste as new layer
place above frame layer
to the left of your tag
and drop shadow
9. make your background layer active
add a new raster layer and select all
open paper 2 from the kit
copy and paste into selection
select none
apply Vix big mask 1 and merge group
duplicate mask, on top mask layer merge down
duplicate again and mirror
10. open element 108 (flowers)
resize 40% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place behind fence layer
place to liking and drop shadow
11. open element 112 (blue flowers)
resize 40% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place next to the white flowers
drop shadow
12. open element 116 (tall grass)
resize 40% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place at the end of the fence
drop shadow
13. open element 67 (basket)
resize 30% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place to the right of tag
drop shadow
14. open element 6 (bunny)
resize 20%, sharpen and mirror
copy and paste as new layer
place below basket layer
drop shadow
15. open element 104 (daisies)
resize 40% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place below bunny layer
duplicate and mirror
16. open element 37 (jar)
resize 20% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place to the left and drop shadow
17. open element 32 (blue bottle)
resize 40% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow
18. open element 1 (bird)
resize 20% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow
19. open element 153 (sparkle)
copy and paste as new layer
as your top layer
move to your liking
20. open element 10 (butterflies)
resize 50% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place to your liking
drop shadow
Add your name in a font of choice
dont forget to add your artist copyright
save your tag
