This tutorial is my own creation any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental, you must have a working knowledge of psp, please refer to my tag for placement of elements, enjoy and have fun.

Supplies Needed
Ftu kit called Feeling Blue
designed by Mary of Sweet as honey creations

Mask is by Rachel
we are using set 25 mask 4

Tube of choice
works well if you have a tube with a close up
I am using the beautiful work of Keith Garvey

Font of choice
Plug in used Xero soft mood

Lets Begin

open a 800 x 600 canvas

open frame 3 from the kit
resize 80 percent
copy and paste as new layer
place on lower right of canvas
grab your magic wand click in the center of the frame
selections-modify-expand by 10
add a new raster layer
open paper 10
copy and paste into selection
move below your frame layer
keep selected
open your close up
copy and paste as new layer
resize if needed
place to your liking inside the frame
go to selections-invert, hit delete on your keyboard
select none
move tube below your frame layer but above paper layer
apply xero soft mood default settings
on top frame layer
give it a drop shadow
-2,-4,70,10.00
close off your background layer and merge visible
duplicate and mirror

open the disco ball from the kit
copy and paste as new layer
above the background layer
duplicate the ball
on bottom layer
go to adjust-blur-gaussian blur
set on 12

open your main tube copy and paste as new layer
make this your top layer
place to your liking
duplicate your tube
on top tube layer change blend mode to multiply
and give them a drop shadow

open butterfly heart 1
resize 70 percent
copy and paste as new layer
place at bottom of your tag
duplicate on top copy
change blend mode to multiply

open weird swirl 1 from the kit
resize 50 percent and mirror
copy and paste as new layer
above background layer
move to top right of tag
duplicate and mirror

open heart lock 1 from the kit
resize 60 percent
copy and paste as new layer
place at the on the right frame
duplicate and mirror

open beads 1 from the kit
resize 90 percent
copy and paste as new layer
place below your butterfly heart

make your background layer active
add a new raster layer
floodfill black
apply your mask and merge group
resize mask 70 percent
move to top left of tag
duplicate and mirror
on top mask layer merge down
duplicate and flip

open glitter trail 1 from the kit
copy and paste as new layer
place above top mask layer
move to top of canvas

open sparkles 2 from the kit
copy and paste as new layer
place on top of the left frame
duplicate and merge down
duplicate and mirror

open my word art
selections-select all
float and defloat
selections-modify-expand 3
add new layer
fill this layer white
drop shadow same as above
select none
move the white layer below the wordart
on top layer merge down
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow again

add your name in a font of choice 
add your artist copyright
resize and save
