This tutorial is my own creation, any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.  You must have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro, I create using psp 8, any version will work, please refer to my tag for placement of elements, I would love to see any results using my tutorials feel free to email them to me and I will proudly display them on my blog, thanks, enjoy and have fun.

Font of choice

Lets Begin

Open my template
shift and D to duplicate
close the original
delete the top credit layer

Make back circle layer active
selections-select all-float-defloat
open paper 5 from the kit
copy and paste into selection, select none
apply drop shadow -2,-4,70,10.00
Make back circle layer 2 active
repeat above steps using the same paper

Make large circle layer active
selections-select all-float-defloat
open paper 2 from the kit
copy and paste into selection
select none

Make circle frame layer active
select all-float-defloat
fill with the color #830102
go to adjust-add/remove noise-noise
random checked, 75 percent
monochrome checked
click ok and select none

Make large rectangle layer active
select all-float-defloat
open paper 9 from the kit
copy and paste into selection
select none

Make rectangle frame layer active
select all-float-defloat
open paper 12 from the kit
copy and paste into selection
select none and drop shadow

Make star layer active
select all-float-defloat
fill with the same red color
keep selected
open your close up from your tube
resize if needed
copy and paste as new layer
place to your liking
selections-invert, hit delete on your keyboard
move below star frame
apply xero softmood default settings
lower opacity to 80

Make star frame layer active
select all-float-defloat
fill with color #08152c
apply noise again with same settings
add drop shadow

Open your main tube
resize if needed
copy and paste as new layer
place to your liking and drop shadow

Make your background layer active
add a new raster layer
fill with the same red color we been using
open vix big mask 17
apply mask and merge group
resize mask layer 105 percent

add a new layer above this mask layer
fill with the blue color we used before
open Am mask 3
apply mask and merge group
apply noise again same settings
duplicate and mirror

Here are the elements I used
remember to sharpen after you resize
see my tag for placement of all elements
20-resize 80 percent
34-resize 90 percent
12-no resize needed
15-resize 70 percent
3- resize 60 percent
17- resize 50 percent
5- resize 75 percent
duplicate element 5 and resize 55 percent
40- resize 40 percent
duplicate, colorize

add your name in a font of choice
add your artist copyright
resize and save
