Make a splash

This tutorial is my own creation, not intended to represent any other, you must have a working knowledge of paint shop pro, I am using psp 8, please refer to my tag for placement of elements, have fun and enjoy.

Supplies Needed
Scrap kit is a Ptu kit called Tiki Beach  Party
created by Heather's Devine Dezigns

we are using mask 18

Lets begin

open a 800x600 blank canvas
add a new raster layer
selections-select all
open paper 14 from the kit
copy and paste into selections and select none
open Millie's mask 18 and apply
merge group and move to top of your canvas

open element 31 (sand)
resize 140 percent
copy and paste as new layer
at the bottom of your canvas
duplicate several times and arrange to your liking

open element 33 (water)
copy and paste as new layer
place above your mask layer and right above your sand

open your tube of choice
resize if needed
copy and paste as new layer
place to your liking and give it a drop shadow
I used -1,-1,70,10.00

open element 34 (blanket)
copy and paste as new layer
place to your liking and give it the same drop shadow

open element 29 (umbrella)
resize by 90 percent
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow

open element 26 ( palm tree)
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow

open element 17 (chair)
image-mirror and resize 70 percent
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow

open element 50 (sign)
resize by 50 percent
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow

open element 9 (surf board)
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow

open element 64 (flip flops)
resize 50 percent
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow

open element 60 ( beach bag)
resize 60 percent
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow

open element 51 (boat)
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow

open element 57 (flowers)
resize 40 percent
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow

open element 28 (bird)
resize by 40 percent
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow

open element 44 (bubbles)
resize 80 percent
copy and paste as new layer
place above your mask layer

open up my word art
copy and paste as new layer
place to your liking
and drop shadow

add your name in a font of your choice
add artist copyright
resize and save
