This tutorial is my own creation, not intended to represent any other, you must have a working knowledge of paint shop pro, I am using psp 8, please refer to my tag for placement of elements, have fun and enjoy.
Supplies needed
Ftu kit called Medical Ts
by Monti's Scraps Here
Template is by Yvette
Essence Of Creativity Here
we are using template 85
Mask is by Zuzzanna
we are using mask 07
Plug-ins needed
Xero Porcelain and Mistifer
Tramages-Tow the line

Lets Begin
Open the template
Shift and D to duplicate
close the original, and delete top copyright layer
make rectangle layer active in your layer palette
select all- float- defloat
open paper 8 from the kit
copy and paste into selection, select none
delete the the next layer, the dotted rectangle layer
duplicate the rectangle layer
on the bottom rectangle layer
go to adjust-blur-Gaussian blur
set on 25
go to tramages, tow the line
apply default settings
on top rectangle layer merge down
make background 1 layer active
select all- float-defloat
expand by 2
fill with color white
and select none
make frame 1 layer active
repeat above steps
and fill with a complimentary color from your tube
Repeat all the steps above
to fill frame 2 layer and frame 1 layer
choosing colors from your tube
once you have it all filled
make frame 1 layer active
click inside with your magic wand
open your tube
copy and paste as new layer
place the part of the tube you want showing
selections-invert and hit delete on your keyboard
move tube below frame 1 layer
with your tube layer active
go to xero-porcelain add default settings
and then add mistifier with default settings
make frame 1 layer active add drop shadow
-1,-1,70,10.00
repeat above steps to fill frame 2 layer
using a different part of your tube
Open your main tube
copy and paste as new layer
place to your liking and drop shadow
make your background layer active
add a new raster layer
fill with a color of your choice
open the mask and apply
merge group, lower opacity to 60
open the medical I.d.
resize 60 percent
grab your magic wand click inside
the photo insert
expand by 2
add new raster layer and fill with black
move this layer below the badge
keep selected
copy and paste your tube as new layer
resize to fit
selections-invert, hit delete on your keyboard
move tube below badge layer
add your name in a font of choice, merge visible
copy and paste as new layer
rotate 8 left
place and drop shadow
use eraser tool to erase the string on the badge
open clock from the kit
resize 45 percent
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow
open medical bag and medical graph
resize both 30 percent
copy and paste them as new layers
place and drop shadow
open medical heart
resize 30 percent
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow
open medical notebook
resize 50 percent
rotate left 8
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow
open my word art
copy and paste as new layer
place on notebook and drop shadow
open nurse hat
resize 30 percent
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow
open pill combo
resize 30 percent
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow
open eye chart
resize 50 percent
rotate left 12
copy and paste as new layer
and drop shadow
open stethoscope
resize 30 percent
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow
add your artist copyright
resize and save
