remember to sharpen after resizing

Lets begin

open a new canvas 700x800 fill with white

add a new raster layer and select all
open paper 2, copy and paste into selection and deselect
apply the mask and merge group, on mask layer
selections-select all-float-defloat
open your tube and mirror it, copy and paste as new layer
place what you want showing in your mask, selections invert
hit delete on your keybord and select none
change the blend mode to hard light and lower opacity 60

open element 6, resize 50% 
rotate left 90
place on upper left side of your canvas

open element 3, resize 90% and mirror
place on the upper right side of your tag

open your tube again, resize as needed
place on left side of canvas 
apply xero bad dream using the default settings
and drop shadow

open element 2, resize 35%
place as top layer to the left of your tag
duplicate it and move below your tube layer
use your eraser tool to erase the top part of the rocks
so that you can see her dress

open element 24, resize 30%
place to the right of your tube
and drop shadow

open element 26, resize 25%
place to the left of the other flower
and drop shadow

open element 22, resize 20%
place as top layer just at the edge of the rocks
and drop shadow

open element 25, resize 20% and mirror
place behind the flowers to the left
duplicate and mirror move over slightly
and drop shadow both

open element 44, resize 30% and mirror
place behind other flowers to the right of your canvas
and drop shadow

open element 48, resize 25% and mirror
place to the right of your canvas
and drop shadow

open element 30, resize 20% 
place as top layer to the right of canvas
and drop shadow

open element 33, resize 25%
place above tube layer to the right just behind the flowers
duplicate and rotate 90 right and move down slightly
drop shadow both

open element 7, resize 40% and mirror
place to the right of your canvas
and drop shadow

open element 35, resize 50%
place behind the envelope to the left
and drop shadow

close off all your layere except for the flowers and leaves
merge visible, you can unhide the rest of the layers
on the duplicate flower layer, mirror it and resize 90%
place on right side of canvas

open wordart, element 65, resize 65%
rotate left 22 and drop shadow
place to the right of your canvas

open element 42, resize 20%
rotate left 55 and flip
place to the left of your wordart
and drop shadow
duplicate and resize 70%
move over to the right of the wordart

open element 11
place behind your tube
place to your liking

open element 1, resize 20%
place as top layer to the right of your canvas
and drop shadow

open element 40, resize 20%
place to the right of your canvas
and drop shadow

open element 50, resize 50%
place to the right of your canvas
and drop shadow

Crop and resize your tag
add your artist copyright and your name
save as png
