Supplies Needed
Ftu scrap kit by Topcat
Breast cancer awareness
you can download 

Mask is by Millie
at Millie's Psp Madness
we are using mask 69
you can download 

Tube of choice
I used the adorable work of
Elisas Chatzoudis
you can purchase his work

I used two different fonts
Dita Sweet for BCA
for the name

Lets Begin

open a 800 x 600 blank canvas
fill with white

open element 32
resize 120% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
grab your magic wand
hold down shift key
click inside both frames
expand by 4
add a new raster layer
open paper 2
copy and paste into selection
select none
move paper below frame layer

now make your background layer active
add a new layer
select all
open paper 7
copy and paste into selection
select none
apply Millie's mask 69
merge group

Open your tube or tubes of choice
place to your liking
and drop shadow

we are going to add these elements
please refer to my tag for placement
remember to sharpen after resizing
and drop shadow

Element 1 - resize 80%
rotate left 22
Element 14 - resize 60%
Element 53 - resize 80%
Element 48 - now resize
Element 49 - resize 50%
rotate left 22
Element 45 - resize 60%
Element 39 - resize 60%
Element 19 - resize 70%
Element 20 - resize 70%
Element 15 - resize 60%
Element 37 - resize 70%
Element 46 - no resize
roate 90 left

Now to add the wordart
I used Dita Sweet font
size 70
type out the word
convert to raster layer
selection select all
float and defloat
expand by 4
add new layer
open paper 5
copy and paste into selection
expand by 4 again
add new layer
floodfill with white
add noise 
random and monochrome checked
move this layer below the paper layer
select none
on top layer merge down
add drop shadow
place in the center of your tag at the bottom

add your name in a font of choice
add your artist copy right
