This tutorial is my own creation, any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental, my tutorials are for personal use only, you must have a working knowledge of Psp, I am using Psp 10 any version will work.

Lets Begin
open the template in psp
shift and D to duplicate
close the original
delete the top cr layer
We will be working from the bottom up on the template
unhide your background layer
and delete layer 1
make layer 2 your active layer
selections-select all
float and defloat
selections-modify-smooth
both settings are 10
and both boxes are checked at the bottom
open paper 1 from the kit
copy and paste into selections
keep selected
open your tube of choice
copy and paste as new layer
place to your liking
selections-invert
and hit delete on your keyboar, select none
duplicate your tube layer
on the top duplicate layer
adjust-blur-gaussian blur 3.00
change the blend mode to screen
on the bottom tube layer
lower the opacity to 68
delete layer 3
make layer 4 your active layer
repeat the above steps
use the same paper
but mirror your tube
make layer 5 your active layer
selections-select all
float and defloat
apply the smooth setting again
open paper 3
copy and paste into selection
select none
do the same for layer 6
but use paper 5
again do the same for layer 7
use paper 12
and once more for layer 8
using paper 11
delete layer 9
add a drop shadow to layers
5,6,7. and 8
-2,-4,70, 10.00
open your tube
copy and paste as new layer
resize if needed
place to your liking
add the same drop shadow
open element 32 (sheet music)
resize 50% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
add drop shadow
open element 42 (pillow)
resize 40% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
and drop shadow
open element 22 (star)
resize 40% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place to right of tag
duplicate, resize duplicate 70%
arrange as shown and drop shadow
open element 1 (violin)
resize 40% and sharpen
rotate 12 right
copy and paste as new layer
place and drop shadow
open element 17 (heart)
copy and paste as new layer
above background layer
place to the the left of tag
rotate 12 left
duplicate and mirror
drop shadow them both
open element 21 (white flowers)
resize 40% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place on left side of tag
duplicate and mirror
move slightly above star layer
drop shadow both
open element 24 (flower)
resize 30% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
duplicate, resize duplicate 70%
place as shown
drop shadow both
open element 9 (splatter)
resize 70% and sharpen
copy and paste above background layer
move to right of tag
duplicate and mirror
open element 8 (diamond heart)
resize 70% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
below violin layer
use the eraser tool to erase
what is showing on right side of tag
open element 45 (leaves)
resize 40% and sharpen
copy and paste as new layer
place on left side below white flowers
duplicate twice
mirror them and range on right side of tag
drop shadow them
open one of the word arts from the kit
copy and paste as new layer
place to your liking
add your name in a font of choice
add artist copyright
resize and save
