This tutorial is my own creation, any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental, you must have a working knowledge of psp, please refer to my tags for placement of elements, have fun and enjoy.

Font is called Labrit Here
Lets begin
open a 800 x 600 blank canvas
open frame 5 from the kit
resize 80%
copy and paste as new layer
grab your magic wand, click in the center of the frame, expand by 2
add new layer and move below frame layer
open paper 7, copy and paste into selection
keep selected
open the chains from the kit
copy and paste as new layer
place to your liking in the frame
selections-invert and hit delete on your keyboard
select none
open the stain glass from the kit
copy and paste as new layer
place above your background layer
open your tube of choice
resize if needed
copy and paste as new layer
place to your liking and drop shadow
-2,-4,70,10.00
make your background layer active
add a new layer, select all
open paper 1, copy into selection
select none
open the mask, apply, and merge group
resize the mask 70%
move it up and over to the left of your tag
duplicate and mirror
we will add these elements to the tag
remember to sharpen after resizing
and give them a drop shadow
moon- resize 50%
clouds 2- no resize
tree 4- resize 70%
castle 5- resize 50%
grass 2- resize 50%
stone- resize 50%
books 2- resize 50%
candles 3- resize 50%
cat 2- resize 50%
flowers 3- resize 40%
flowers 5- resize 30%
coffin 2- resize 50%
books 3- resize 35%
castle 4- resize 50%
bat- resize 20%
lower opacity to 70
grass 1- resize 50%
choose your font
add your name
add your artist copyright
resize and save
