This tutorial is my own creation any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental, my tutorials are for personal use only, you must have a working knowledge of psp, please refer to my tag for placement of elements
Supplies Needed
Scrap kit is ptu called winter angel by Scrappin Krazy Designs

winter mask by Zuzanna

Tube of choice im using the awesome work of Zindy Zone
you can find her site Here
this was a free to use tube and can be downloaded from her site
Font of choice
Plug-in needed ADL ADRENALINE-SNOWFLAKE
Let's begin
open a 800x600 canvas
open window from the kit
resize 95 percent and sharpen
place on the right side of your canvas
duplicate and mirror
line them up so it looks like one large window
on top window layer merge down
grab your selection tool and draw a selection around your window like so
add a new raster layer and move below window layer
open paper 3 from the kit
copy and paste into selection and keep selected
now add 3 new layers below your window layer but above paper layer
rename them snow 1, snow 2 and snow 3
make snow 1 layer active
go to effects-plug-ins find your vdl snowflakes
apply these settings
hide snow 1 layer and unhide snow 2 layer
add the snowflakes effect again but change the random seed to 12
now hide snow 2 layer
unhide snow 3 layer and add effect again
but change random seed to 18
select none
now hide all 3 snow layers for now we will come back to them later
open your tube of choice
resize if needed
place to your liking and give it a drop shadow
-2, -4, 70, 10.00
open the icicles from the kit
copy and paste as new layer
below your window layer place and drop shadow
-1, -1, 50, 5.00
open the bubble from the kit
copy and paste as new layer
place to your liking and give it the drop shadow we used above
duplicate and resize 60 percent
duplicate again and resize 70 percent
place them as you see fit
open flower 2 from the kit
copy and paste as new layer
place at the bottom of your tube and drop shadow
duplicate and move over
open flower 6 from the kit resize 70 percent
place in the center of the two white flowers
merge the three flowers together
duplicate twice and place to your liking
give them all a drop shadow
open berries from the kit
copy and paste as new layer
place to the left of your tag
duplicate and mirror
make your background layer active
add a new raster layer and fill with color of your choice
open the winter mask
go to layers-new mask layer-from image
find the mask in drop down box
make sure invert mask data is checked
click ok go to layers-merge-merge group
adjust-add/remove noise-add noise
set on 70
open stars from the kit
copy and paste as new layer
place to your liking, duplicate and mirror
open ribbon 4 from the kit
resize 80 percent and sharpen
rotate 90 left
copy and paste as new layer
below your flowers layer
duplicate and mirror
add your name and copyright
now make sure all your layers are unhidden
only ones that should be hidden is the 3 snow layers
unhide snow 1 layer make this layer active
go to edit-copy merged
open animation shop and paste as new animation
back in psp close off snow 1 layer
unhide snow 2 layer with this layer active
go to edit-copy merged
in animation shop paste after current frame
back in psp close off snow 2 layer
unhide snow 3 layer
edit copy merged
in animation shop paste after current frame
now click on your first frame
go to edit-select all
animation-frame properties set on 70
resize and view animation
save as a gif
